Anxiety is OK!

Let’s get this cleared up right away: It’s ok to feel some anxiety- that’s what professionals call “normal” right now and it keeps us safe! It helps us focus. It drives us to protect our loved ones, to prepare, and be vigilant. The need for security, for stability is a normal, natural response. It’s how we humans are wired. Today we are going to shift the focus though. We will tip the balance away from paralysis toward prudent caution.
