Self-Hypnosis: How?

Here's the basics:

Practice self-hypnosis, meditation, whatever floats your boat every single day. Make it a part of your routine.

Amazon Alexa has some fantastic free audio (try "Alexa, hypnotize me!") or you can use my free audio recording. Use whatever guided relaxation you like best. 10-15 minutes right when you wake up.

Here's how it works:

a) starts with the INTENT to get better even before you get to your dedicated self-hypnosis area/chair. Start anticipating it. Start looking forward to it! Enjoy the progress you are making! Literally speak the words "I'm about to get better and better". Then smile.

b) press hands, relax, press hands, relax.

c) look to the center of a distant light

d) breathe deeply from the belly

e) count to three and, at the speed of thought, allow the rest of your body and mind to relax just like that one spot in your forearm.

f) PRETEND to be hypnotized. Act like it, think about what it would feel like if only you could be hypnotized again. Imagine what that feels like. Convince yourself you feel as relaxed as if you are watching from the outside.

g) follow the instructions from the audio of your choice.

h) get better and better every day.

THIS GETS MORE AND MORE NATURAL, THE BENEFITS STACK THE MORE WE PRACTICE!! It's the gym for our brains.

I teach self-hypnosis to every client because it's vital to getting better.
