Sometimes we get caught up in what we're doing. Like a whirlwind spinning and spinning. Sometimes we don't even realize that we're starting to carry more and more stress. Sometimes when a decision can't be solved on a conscious level you begin to spin faster and it begins to feel out of control. Your body doesn't know what to do with the stress and it manifests in crazy or unexpected ways: back pain, headaches, irritability, gastrointestinal problems, and more! Your body is going to get rid of the stress however it can.

I was facing such a decision and I had no idea it was weighing so heavily on me. Luckily I have some tools that allow my subconscious to help out my conscious mind with decisions. Today I feel incredibly light and focused. I'm grateful for the people in my life and the lessons I've been given. I am grateful to Erika Flint and Cascade Hypnosis training center for the advanced hypnosis training as well as my classmates who are helping really solidify the lessons so I can pass them along in a powerful and effective way. What an amazing and powerful day.
